Tiny Alice was first presented by Theater 1965, Richard Barr and Clinton Wilder, at the Billy Rose Theatre, in New York City, on December 29, 1964. It was directed by Alan Schneider; William Ritman was the designer; the lighting was by Martin Aronstein; and gowns were by Mainbocher. The original cast, in order of appearance, was as follows:
