Green Shoes was first presented at Salvation Theater in Silverlake California in November 2001. It was directed by the playwright and produced by Oxblood Theatre Company, with set by Garfield Smith, lighting by Wes Walker, costumes by Bridget Phillips, and original music by Sharon Heather Smith.
