ORIGINAL PRODUCTION INFO
Visiting Mr. Green was originally produced by the Berkshire Theatre Festival (Arthur Storch, Artistic Director, Kate Maguire, Producing Director) in Stockbridge, Massachusetts on June 20, 1996. It was directed by John Rando; the set design was by Patrick Fahey; the lighting design was by Phil Monat; the costume design was by Murell Horton; the sound design was by James Wildman; and the stage manager was Karen A. Potosnak. The original cast, in order of appearance, was as follows:

Eli Wallach
Neal Huff

Visiting Mr. Green moved to New York where it was produced by Arnold Mittelman at the Union Square Theatre. It began performances on November 28, 1997. It was directed by Lonny Price; the scenery was designed by Phil Monat; the costumes were designed by Gail Brassard; the sound was designed by Aural Fixation; the original music was composed by David Shire; and the production stage manager was Karen Moore. The cast, in order of appearance, was as follows:

Later during the New York run, Mr. Green was played by Ed Setrakian, Hal Linden and David Margulies, and Ross Gardiner was played by Peter Ackerman, Mitchel Anderson and James Kall.
