Daniels, Executive Director) on November 11, 1987 under the direction of Ron Lagomarsino with set design by Thomas Lynch; costume design by William Ivey Long, light design by Arden Fingerhut, sound design by Stan Metelitis. The production manager was Carl Mulert; the production stage manager was M. A. Howard. The original cast was as follows:
