Titanic was first presented at the Yale Experimental Theatre in May 1974, directed by Peter Mark Schifter. The cast was as follows:

Titanic was then presented by the Direct Theatre, 455 West 43rd Street, New York City, in February, 1976. The production was directed by Peter Mark Schifter, setting and costumes by Ernie Smith, lighting by Richard Winkler. The cast was as follows:
